IonWays, Inc. offers a limited LIFETIME warranty on all of its Water Ionizers. This new policy applies to ionizers purchased after September 2009.
IonWays, Inc. decided on this world-first offer in support of our claim that Jupiter models are exceptionally reliable and made to last for many, many years.
Beginning on the original purchase date, the IonWays Lifetime warranty covers all ionizer parts (not accessories) and 100% of labor costs in the first 5 years. After the first 5 years, the purchaser is responsible for any labor. IonWays will cover all shipping costs for 1 year, and then return shipping for up to 5 years from the original date of purchase. Because the IonWays warranty expressly excludes damage caused by environmental damage including, but not limited to, mineral buildup due to hard water, high levels of iron, or poor source water quality, we recommend that you obtain a copy of your local Annual Water Quality Report and send it to us for review. Our trained, on-staff technicians will review the report, looking for any high levels of hardness, TDS, iron, etc. If your source water is high in any of these levels, we can recommend pre-filtration needs to help protect your warranty and your investment!
IonWays has repair depots on the east and west coast and has by far the largest, water ionizer, dealer network in the USA.
Customers are required to phone first so that they can be issued with a Return Authorization Number - the toll free number is 775-324-2400.
Jupiter Science ionizers are manufactured by the largest Ionizer company in the world and IonWays is their exclusive USA distributor.

This
warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials and workmanship
which occur during normal use. This warranty does not cover damage
which occurs in return shipment, or failures which are caused by products
not supplied by the warrantor, or failures which result from accident,
misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, faulty installation, misapplication,
improper insertion of consumables, set-up adjustments, maladjustment of
consumer controls, improper operation or maintenance, alteration, modification,
power line surge, improper voltage supply, commercial use, or service
by anyone other than an IonWays authorized repair facility, or damage
attributable to acts of God.
Limits
and Exclusions:
There are no expressed warranties except as listed above. The warrantor
is not responsible for incidental or consequential damage; for damages
arising out of the use of any unauthorized attachment; or for damages
resulting from the use of the product with a defective water faucet and/or
water that is judged by the local authorities as "hard" (TDS
above 18 grains). All expressed and implied warranties, including
the warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose,
are limited to the applicable warranty period.
Repair and/or
replacement will be at the final discretion of IonWays, Inc.
