Our Preferred Customer Program is our
way of saying thank you for selecting our products.
We have two levels of Preferred Customer... 5%
Preferred Customers and 10% Preferred Customers.
That means that any time a preferred customer purchases anything from our shop*
they will automatically save 5-10% on the published retail price shown in our
shop. This way, you can save on the items you would have purchased in
the future (i.e. Ionizer Filters, extra Alkaline Booster Drops, etc).
Becoming a Preferred Customer is actually
very simple, and only takes a moment.
How do I get the Preferred Customer
discount?
- Write a product review of any previously purchased
item from our shop (please limit reviews to products you've actually purchased).
- Once we acknowledge your review (usually within 24
hours) we will add your account to our Preferred Customer
list (either 5% or 10%).
- The next time you sign into our shop the individual
prices will be reduced by your Preferred Customer discount*.
- Add items to your cart, check out, enjoy saving money!
That's it! Simple.
How do I know if I am getting a 5% or
10% discount?
For any previous customer that has purchased an Ionizer from us, we will place
you in the 10% Preferred Customer program. If you have
purchased anything else from our shop (other than an Ionizer) you will receive
a 5% discount*.
Why would you give a discount?
When we started this site we had no idea how greatly appreciated our products
would be. Some folks have told us personally of some of the great benefits
they (or others) have received from using the products. Well, guess what?
All of your nice words are greatly appreciated, but only Laurette and I get
to hear them. That's why we would like for YOU, the customer, to tell
YOUR experiences to others. For instance, Laurette and I can NEVER explain
enough the benefits of drinking alkaline water, as we have experienced them
for ourselves. But, technically, we are the salespeople in this relationship.
The reviews of others helps new customers to really get an idea of what they
are buying, and not just what WE think of it. Make sense?
Does my review have to be positive?
All we ask is that you are being honest. You can write anything you feel
to be pertinent to the product or to our service to you. If you purposely
write a review that is not consistent with a typical product review (complain
that your cat swallowed the cap to your alkaline booster or if you lost a real
estate client because they did not like the round buttons on your Jupiter Melody)
then we will remove your review, and you will not qualify for the discount.
We believe in honesty in our family, and we want you to be honest as well.
It's the only way other folks can get a true feel for what they are buying.
Is the shipping discounted as well?
No. Only the products you purchase will qualify for the discount.
Taxes (if applicable) and shipping will remain the same... naturally sales
tax will reflect your lowered price, not the original retail price.
