	The Micom System The Micom System is a microcomputer that controls all funtions and maintains a suitable water pH according to the volume of water flow. It features self-diagnosis and one-touch system for all functions. If there is an electrical overload due to water quality or industrial pollutants such as mercury, the Micom System disables ionization.
	Filter Life Indicator The easy to read digital indicator gives an approximate indication of the water filter's remaining life. Optimum performance is ensured by always changing your filter on time. In addition to the digital counter, a new indicator light will flicker when your current filter life is up, reminding you to change your filter.

Dual On-Board Filtration

The Athena incorporates a pre-filter and the revolutionary Biostone Filtration System. The Athena offers a flow control valve that allows you to fine tune its performance by giving you complete functional control of the water pressure moving through your ionizer. Low Pressure Alarm

Temperature Shut Down

Voice Confirmation

Alkaline and Acidic level indicators

Methods of Installation

Carbon Filter Replacements

All new IonWays Athena water ionizers come with a sediment and .1 micron filter inside. Over time the carbon filter will reach the end of it's lifespan, needing replacement. Replacement filters for Jupiter water ionizers install easily. The sediment filter cartridge is designed for most municipal water supply systems. An optionally purchased .01 micron carbon filter is designed for well water
