Return
Guidelines
We will do everything within our power to insure that you are completely
satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're not happy. We
only ask that you abide by the following guidelines. They are for your
protection, as well as ours.
- Our customers may return
any product - unless otherwise stipulated - for credit, exchange, or a full
refund (less any shipping costs) within 30 days of receipt.
- Opened consumable items
will only be exchanged/returned if item is defective or spoiled. Otherwise,
we cannot offer a refund on any consumable product that has been opened/used.
- Prior to returning any
product, please contact us for additional instructions (by phone, or by Return
Request Form). We want to do the right thing for you, but we will need
to know exactly what the problem is before we can commit to a specific course
of action.
- Shipping charges will
only be refunded if the incorrect item was shipped, or if the item was received
damaged or spoiled.
- Any Bonus
Gifts which are received as a condition of the purchase must be returned.
If a Bonus Gift is not returned we will deduct the retail sales price of the
Bonus Gift from the total refund. At our discretion, in the case of
a partial return we reserve the right to determine if the remaining unreturned
items qualify for any Bonus Gift already received.
- The customer is responsible
for all return shipping and insurance costs for returning an item. We
are not responsible for the loss/damage of an item being returned to us.
Please be sure to ship the package back using a carrier with order tracking
capabilities; UPS, USPS or Fed-Ex. This will provide each party with dates
for proof of delivery and return date.
- We must reserve the right
to deny return of items which have obviously been damaged or other products
which show evidence of wear, neglect or abuse.
- Refunds will be issued
in the same manner in which the products were purchased.
- Since individual tastes
vary from person to person, we are not able to accept returns of any opened
product based upon customer taste preference. Although many manufacturers
guarantee the taste of their products, we do not. Anyone wishing to
return a product because they do not like the taste will be referred to the
product manufacturer.
- Although many manufacturers
guarantee the effectiveness of their products, we do not. Of course, we only
sell items that WE deem useful in alkalizing/detoxifying the body.
We are unable to accept returns based upon a customer's perceived effectiveness
of the product. Since one's diet and training routine are also of major significance
when assessing the effectiveness of a product, we cannot accept a return of
an opened product based upon its perceived effectiveness. All such requests
for returns will be referred to the product manufacturer.

must have proper authorization before they can be accepted by our receiving

return item in the original box, along with any paperwork.
We are not responsible for any damage caused
by improper packaging.

best to use a shipping company with package tracking capabilities (UPS,
USPS, or Fed-Ex).
Please ensure that you provide shipping insurance
for the value of the products.

Damaged
Equipment Policy
We always respect our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee as per our Jupiter
Ionizer Guarantee page. We do not charge a 15% restocking fee as do
many of our competitors. But, this guarantee is based on the return of
any ionizer that is in the same new condition as when it was sent.
Any ionizer that is returned
in any condition other than "like new" will be subject to a restocking and repair fee
to be determined by the extent of the damage but not to be less than 10% of
the total cost of the ionizer. When this situation arises we will call
you to discuss our findings, identifying the cost of the damage, and ask whether
you would like to receive the unit back instead of paying any fees. Any
ionizer that is returned in complete inoperable condition, or is significantly
damaged beyond repair, will be sent back to the customer and no refund shall
be offered. In order to respect our 100% refund policy we ask that you
take good care of the unit while it is in your custody.
